    A beautiful Demitasse Cup and saucer by L. Bernardaud and Co. for Cassidy Ltd. of Montreal Canada.  Features a white background with striking gold bands and Greek Key pattern in gold and black around the cup rim and saucer. Demitasse cup features a loop handle trimmed in luxurious gold. This pattern was manufactured for Cassidy Ltd. of Montreal, one of the three oldest companies in Canada, founded in 1801, which was an importer of fine china and later expanded into hotel and restaurant wares.
